They have opened the role of HR Assistant / Junior Recruiter — a position that combines recruitment and HR support functions.

📌 Key responsibilities:

Junior Recruiter (70%)

• preparing and publishing job postings on platforms
• active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Djinni, internal databases)
• initial screenings: calls and culture fit assessments
• maintaining the ATS (Recruitee)
• communication with hiring managers
• supporting offer and pre-boarding processes

HR Assistant (30%)

• supporting onboarding: preparing welcome materials and guiding newcomers
• updating HR documents, databases, checklists
• preparing internal announcements, surveys, Slack messages
• supporting internal activities (birthdays, events, wellbeing initiatives)
• helping maintain a pleasant office atmosphere

📚 Requirements:

• interest in HR/recruitment and desire to grow in this field
• strong communication skills and friendliness
• English at B2 level
• willingness to work from the Kyiv office

Nice-to-have:

• any experience in support, service roles, HR, volunteering, or process organization
• understanding of basic recruitment principles
• HR/recruitment-related courses or training
